We ship to customers in Canada and the US.
Where do you ship from, and what carrier do you use?
We ship all orders from Toronto via Canada Post with tracking and insurance.
How long do you take to send out my order once I've made my purchase?
2-4 business days.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
Tracked, insured shipping is free within Canada & US for all orders over $150 total value.
Can I track my order once it's sent out?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once it's shipped.
Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to arrive?
Depending on your location, orders take from 3 to 7 business days to be delivered once shipped. You can track the progress of your delivery with your order's tracking number.
I live in the US, will I have to pay import duties on my order?
In most cases, no, you won't have to pay import duties. But sometimes you might, and that is up to your local postal representatives to decide. We ship all order from Toronto, Canada, and once in a while customers in the US do in fact have to pay some duties upon delivery, especially on orders with a very high total value.
I don't live in Canada or the US. Can I still place an order?
Yes, you'll just have to contact us first, and we'll provide you with a shipping quote based on your location.
