Returns & Exchanges
It's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. We try to look at returns in as practical a manner as possible - we always want to be fair and reasonable. So if your return request is fair and reasonable, then we've got you covered!
If for some reason you've received the wrong item, a different item than you ordered, or a defective item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll replace it with the right one, or a new one at no additional shipping charge, naturally.
If you did in fact receive the correct item, but you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be advised that items cannot be returned or exchanged without their original labels, hangtags and packaging.
In your return request, please make sure to include all of your order details (date, item, order number) and the reason for your return. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the item you wish to exchange for.
Once we've replied to your return request and approved your return, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Follow these steps in sequence:
- Snap a photo of the contents of your return package prior to sealing it.
- Securely pack your return items so that they may arrive back to us in the condition you sent them.
- Ensure to send using a tracked service, and provide us with proof of posting, along with the tracking number for your return package.
- Snap another photo of the sealed package with the shipping label (including the destination address, shipping date and tracking number) clearly visible.
- Retain proof of your return posting until after you receive your refund. Naturally, we can't take responsibility for any items lost in return shipping, which is why it's important for you to insure your return package if you so choose, and keep track of your return via your chosen shipping service until it safely arrives to us.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed back to your original method of payment, as long as the item(s) are returned in a re-sellable condition in the original packaging and with all the tags and labels intact. All returned items are carefully inspected prior to issuing refunds. Please be aware that items that have been used cannot be returned, even if the tags and labels are still intact.
